Personal Injury Protection
This covers you, your family members,and certain others,for bodily injuries resulting from auto accidents regardless of fault. This coverage is required by the state of Florida.
Liability Coverage
This covers your legal liability for bodily injury to others (bodily injury liabilty) or damage to their property (property damage liability). Property Damage is required by the state of Florida.
Uninsured Motorist Coverage
This coverage pays for bodily injuries to you,family members,and certain others, for bodily injuries resulting from the negligence of others. It pays when the at fault party has: no liability insurance or with not enough liability insurance.
Physical Damage Coverage
This is damage to your owned vehicle There are two parts to this coverage:
Comprehensive Coverage, which covers your vehicle in the event of a fire or theft, or vandalism. Also Collision Coverage, this covers your vehicle in the event of a crash or upset with another object. These coverages are usually subject to a deductible.
